## Reading this table

A few things stand out when these three are placed beside each other.

**Evidence asymmetry is striking.** GHK-Cu has controlled human trial data for skin and hair outcomes; BPC-157 has two safety pilot reports; KPV has none. That gradient matters when reading claims about any of the three — the human support behind skin GHK-Cu is categorically stronger than what exists for the others, though it is still limited to small trials with topical endpoints.

**Mechanism and target tissue are complementary, not redundant.** BPC-157 enters damaged tissue from the vascular side (new blood vessels). GHK-Cu works on the extracellular scaffolding (collagen, elastin). KPV works on the inflammatory signaling that governs the early repair environment. They describe repair from three angles rather than doing the same thing three ways. This is why they sit together on a recovery-and-repair desk.

**Regulatory situations diverge.** GHK-Cu as a topical cosmetic ingredient has a settled, legal status for surface skin use. BPC-157 has an explicitly restricted status in US pharmacy compounding and is prohibited in sport. KPV is a research chemical with no approved use, though WADA has not placed it by name on the prohibited list.
